We will have a conversation about you and your organization. Please take a moment to write down a description of what you want, i.e. topic, etc. It's a good idea before making any call. You will find talking to me to be refreshingly different. I am genuinely interested in helping others. I like honesty. I respect others. I listen carefully. Our mutual agenda will be to determine if I can help you. You will ask me questions about my background and my approach. I will ask about your goals, your situation, and anything else that may be pertinent. I live in each presentation. This means you will participate in a real conversation instead of sitting through a dull lecture.

I believe there is awesome potential in each individual. And I assist each of them personally find it. No one gets tired during my programs. Simply, because I involve them, I make them think. I challenge them. Involvement leads to a deeper level of learning.
